BK’s expertise is not merely theoretical. He scaled Mobdelorama (Mexico's 4th biggest convenience chain) from 6,500 to an impressive 10,300 stores in just 4 years. He led the launch of the BEES Marketplace in Mexico, which rapidly grew to a $200M revenue business, and he spearheaded the digital transformation of TaDa Home Delivery, building a $15M enterprise from the ground up.
